1 click RSS adds

Hello,
I am rather new to this software. I noticed all of the RSS feed icon at the bottom right of our blog www.dagoldenchild.com/blogweb and when I click them I get the data but I was wondering how to set it up so my readers can click 1 button and it is automatically added to their RSS feeds. Can anyone help me with this issue?
