Splitting articles

Post by rj »

I was thinking of a way to speeding things up in my graphics/video heavy blog.
Put the first paragraph of text only in the top edit window, and the rest of the article and any graphics or videos in the second edit window. Extend its called?
I would assume that all the extended info does not load with the blog and only loads with MORE?

But I would like it to be that way only when coming into the entire blog, while if they came straight into an article they get the whole thing. Is that possible?
thanx

Yes, but can extended be loaded with the primary when coming directly to an article, that is the rub.

the other way round:

there is no (easy) way to load a single article without his whole text (first and second edit window)!
