Looks like I can't figure this out on my own: How to install and configure the http auth plugin? I tried installing just the plugin, but that will lock me out of the blog. Probably because my htpasswd are not set. I tried generating a htpasswd and add the auth block to my htaccess. Didn't work out
Can someone maybe give me a short step by step howto?
HTTP Auth, howto?

Re: HTTP Auth, howto?
Hi!
What you install the http auth plugin, this RFEPLACE a .htpasswd solution by using s9y internal authentication mechanism, it uses the usernames/password from the blog.
This is only possible when Apache runs as mod_php. For CGI, this does not work.

Garvin
