Serendipity at the Microsoft Web Gallery

Microsoft has an initiative going to make PHP work well under IIS, and a partnership with Zend. Over on PHPFreaks we were contacted by MS to discuss this and in some of the materials regarding this effort, they pointed us to this site: http://php.iis.net/ which also has links to a web application system they offer for IIS users.

In the blog section Wordpress and Drupal are already represented, but I thought it would be really nice if Serendipity was also represented. There seem to be a couple of manifest files that have to be added to a .zip package, but I don't know much more than that about the process.

I could take the time to try and get Serendipity added, but I thought i would post this here first in case Garv or someone on the core team wanted to step up and follow through on this. Please respond to me ASAP, as I want to strike while the iron is hot, so to speak.

Hi!

I'd much appreciate this, so if you could help in this case, it would be much appreciated. If it's just about a manifest file, we can easily add that to our SVN...

Regards,
Garvin

Excellent idea!!! Go for it! In fact, I think we should always keep our eyes open for opportunities to raise awareness about s9y!

Ok, I'll figure out what we need and get Serendipity in there.
