Suggestion: Disable Spamblocklog by default

Hi,

I'm a webhoster having a lot of customers using s9y. The spamblocklog database table tages a hughe amount of memory for some of them.

As in these days, trackback/commentspam is very common, I want to suggest to disable this logging by default, as it'll create large amount of data that probably in most cases nobody will ever read.

I fully agree. I thought it was already disabled by default. I just committed this patch.
