Blog software for creation and posting to various blogs

Hello,

Is there software that I can use to write my blog entries and post to various blogs, namely my two Serendipity blogs (which could soon be three)? I'm trying to reorganise things to make everything simpler and after something where I can create and post articles from one place, even to post/upload photos to flickr and deviantART (though the latter sounds unlikely).

Is there such software or is there a way to write and post blogs from one place to various blogs you own? Hope I make sense?

I use blogdesk and it works great with Serendipity - it can even post to multiple blogs at the same time (crossposting)

I recommend it very highly.
