Timeouts when posting entries

Hey guys,

Garvin told me that some of you (as in the active ones

) have trouble posting messages to this board. So who can second that a lot of times the POST-request just times out when submitting a message?

This hasn't occured to me yet, but then again I'm not as active here as some of you

Let me know!

I had one problem where it said I was downloading submit.php. Other than that, no delays.

I have encountered problems posting every now and then.... but I noticed the same thing on my blog. Funny thing is these delays seem more likely to occur with Firefox 2 than with Opera... at least, that is my perception. I have not conducted a thorough test to prove it.

aha - i use safari, maybe that's it?

I've stopped using Firefox except for using firebug and a couple of other extensions on my Mac, frankly I get too many problems with timeouts, whereas Camino and Safari seem more reliable.
