Restoring comments

Hi!

I'm just curious, is there any simple way to restore your Serendipity-comments from an older database back-up? I've been very clever and deleted all my comments. Now I've already got some new comments (that I want to keep), but I'd like to have my old ones back too.

Hi!

You can simply import the old Database dump of your comments table, but make sure that there's no "DROP TABLE" or "DELETE" statements in it. This way, it simply imports all old comments and leave the existing ones intact.
