2k11 - I am having an issue where after saving an entry it takes a long time to reload the page. (12 seconds)

I captured the traffic using Fiddler and found that the majority of the time was taken up executing this
/weblog_dev/index.php?/plugin/admin/serendipity_editor.js

Anyone have any ideas on how to speed it up?

I'm not sure I understand the issue properly. Do you mean reloading the backend (not sure why you would need to do that) or reloading the page of the entry in the frontend (not sure why you would need to do that, either)? Which version of s9y are you using? Are all plugins up to date?
