PHP Error nach plugin Installation

Hallo Forum,
ich habe gerade ein plugin installieren wollen (serendipity_event_template_editor). Die Installation brach leider ab, jetzt habe ich folgende Fehlermeldung im blog und kann auch nichts mehr machen:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /kunden/576756_42855/xxx/plugins/serendipity_event_template_editor/lang_de.inc.php:13) in /kunden/576756_42855/xxx/include/functions_config.inc.php on line 691.
For more details set $serendipity['production'] = 'debug' in serendipity_config_local.inc.php to receive a stack-trace.
Was kann da passiert sein? Reicht es das serendipity_event_template_editor Verzeichnis zu löschen?
