I have just finished to download serendipity 1.7 rc3. However, I can not open it in my IE10.
How can I configure it?

Finished download to where? You have to install first!
Click to hit the serendipity/index.php file in a webserver environment.
What do different browsers say, if that does not work?
At least when running, IE10 has no problem with Serendipity 1.7.

It was not an April 1st joke.
I have download that in zip and open those files with ie10.
Still I can't open in ie10 but I haven't try it in firefox or chrome.
