Can't Make Permalinks Work

Hi,

I'm running a serendipity blog at http://feedster.com/blog/. The only probelm I have that is killer is that I can't make permalinks work. They always 404. I'm thinking that there is a missing mod_rewrite rule that I don't have. Comments?

I don't understand the problem, could you provide some steps to reproduce?
