Video Blog?

I was wondering if there was anyway to install a flash player on my blog to where I can simply upload flash files for people to choose from and watch. I did try embedding youtube video in the entry, but i noticed it sizes itself and dosen't look the best on my blog. If there is a way I can fix the size of the video to where it fits in my blog better, i would just roll with that. Although if I could install a flash player into the blog, I would like to play with that.

I have absolutely no experience with the type of blog you want, but perhaps you should try the Easy Podcasting Plugin?

Does it not work to manually alter the code? Otherwise, just change width to 520 (or there about) and it should fit (and height to around 315 if you want to keep the aspect ratio you're currently having, otherwise leaving it looks about right to me). :-]
