Hi Guys -
I'm not sure how long this has been going on, but I'm unable to access the
Manage Styles link from the admin console. I can get to every other page, but the manage styles page page never responds.
The only change that was made recently was an httaccess file change, I've reversed the change but that didn't seem to have any impact.
I'm on 1.2.1 using bulletproof. Any ideas?

The netmirror.org Spartacus server currently seems to be down. Please have patience, or try to reconfigure the spartacus plugin so that it uses the sourceforge.net mirror, or disable spartacus until the server is up again.

For the record, to fix the problem I was seeing I needed to open the Spartacus plugin, and change the drop downs for
File/Mirror location (XML metadata)
and
File/Mirror location (files)

away from netmirror.org

Is this issue (not being able to access the 'manage styles' page within the admin console) caused by changing the .htaccess file, or is it caused simply because the site is down?

Reason I'm asking is that I experienced the same issue, only noticing it after changing the .htaccess file.

Figured I would bump this back up since I am seeing the same issue.

I did a fresh install this morning and all seemed to be going well. Added some static pages, then would go in to add them to the navbar. Added the contact form and then not able to get to the manage styles area. It just seems to go on forever trying to load, but never generates an error.

Disabled the contact form but no change. Disabled Spartacus per above but still not working.

Any other ideas? I can get to all other areas, just not the manage styles area.

Made no changes to .htaccess.

If you let it go on long enough, it might overrun the max script execution time and give you an error message. It might even leave something in your message log that can be used.

What theme are you using? Perhaps its options are taking a long time to load up?

Doesn't seem to ever stop / nothing in the error logs.

I'm using the default bulletproof. I did choose a different style but haven't done anything to modify anything outside of the theme settings.

I've done dozens of installs and never had an issue like this so am stumped

I'm not so far in to it that I can't just reinstall but would like to avoid if possible. Is there any way to revert back to another theme or default settings?

And just like that, I step over to another project for a while and when I check back in things seem to be working normally.

And then just like that again, the problem is back.

I'll wait a while and see if it repairs itself again, but if there is any idea as to what is causing this, that would be great.
