Do the links you create for entries get translated to exit.php?blabla correctly? What are the settings for your track exits plugin? What is your configuration setting for the "Make external links clickable?" option? No, they don´t get translated to exit.php. My settings for Referrer and T...

They don´t appear in Top Referrer and Top Exits list.
Maybe one of last changes in functions.inc ist not listing outgoing and incoming links correctly!?
