Re: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprec
Thanks again Ian. So I made the code change to line 54, and it seems to have removed the first error. Now I just see the error below. Can you help me understand what I need to do next? I'm not a pro at this, and I don't want to lose everything we have. So I delete the serendipity_config_local.inc.ph...

Re: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprec
Thanks for the response Timbalu. What is the cause of this? Our blog has been online for years - we did not just try to install / update. Everything was working fine on Friday when I left work. I'm the only one who has access to the blog - and I have not made any changes over the weekend. So what ca...

THAT DID IT! Thanks Don!Don Chambers wrote:Not sure why it is not working. Try this: go to "Personal Settings" and turn off the wysiwyg editor.... Then try again.

Re: Adding Scripts to Blog Header
I opened the "HTML-Code inside head (HTML-Head Nugget)" plugin. It brought up the Content / WYSIWYG editor. I toggled to the HTML Source to Text Mode, and entered my script. However, this did not save the script, or include it on the pages.
Do I just give up?

Re: Adding Scripts to Blog Header
The HTML - Head - Nugget is what I am using... but I can't get it to hide the HTML... it shows it at the top of the page!
I obviously don't want it visibile!

Re: Adding Scripts to Blog Header
I found the HTML Nugget, but that holds a nugget of HTML in the sidebar... is that what I need?
I am looking to hide a <script> right before the </head>.
Please advise. And thanks for your help, kleinerChemiker.

Adding Scripts to Blog Header
I have recently decided to try a live chat feature for our company website. This requires that we add a script to every page, just before </head>.
Is there a way I can do this within wordpress to include the script on all blog posts?
Thanks!

Thanks for your tips, Don. I have installed a lot of plugins and love the additional functionality. I would like to know about our RSS subscribers, though - so I created a Feedburner account. How do I install FeedBurner into my blog so I can track our subscribers?

Garvin,
Sorry for cross-posting. I wasn't sure where to post this. I am new to the Serendipity community.
It is Trackback Spam... thank you for the advice! It should save me quite a bit of time!

Help - Spam Protector STILL not working
I have enabled our Spam Protector and enabled almost all of the Spam Protector security features - captchas, listed numerous keywords to block, etc... However, nothing has happened. We still get spammed all the time (with keywords that I have put on our block list). Captchas don't even appear on the...
