Async bedeutet, dass es asynchron geladen wird und nicht den Aufbau der Page ausbremst. Das bedeute, die Page kann in Ruhe rendern und erst später erscheint der Button. Das gibt ein bisschen mehr "Gefühl" von Geschwindigkeit. Ich schlag nichts mit Nachteilen vor... :) Wegen der CSS, also i...

Mir fiel es nur nach einem Test sehr massiv auf, das der Button, welchen ich über findmore zu jedem Artikel einbinde, nicht gerade der "Renner" ist.
