The htaccess file wasn't there by the way. I had to add it. not that it's a problem. FYI, FCKeditor is on a new beta 2.3....

The change in .htaccess appears to work :D
I was just wondering about the mod-rewrite. I have it enabled on my Gallery site (gallery.andyramblings.co.uk) so I thought it was about time to enable it on my main site.

TIA,

Andy

Hiya, many thanks for the quick reply. I have made the changes that you suggested. I changed the setting to mod-rewrite to on from what I had before. Now when I try and edit a static page, I don't get the edit window where it should be, but the front page of my site? Also, when I try and go to one o...

HTTP 200 status for a 404 error

Ok I'm getting these types of errors when I try and add them to Google site manager or Siteadviser.. It appears that the Web site andyramblings.co.uk/ is returning an HTTP 200 status response code in the header of 404 pages. Not sure how to sort this issue out. Would it be a Httaccess issue or somet...

Problems with Announce entries Plugin

Hopefully this isn't a plugin problem but something else. But, it appears to have stopped working since I upgraded to 1.0Beta3. it takes between 60 - 70 seconds before I get a reply before I get a timeout error. I also end up getting duplicate entries displayed. I get the same with IE and FF. I do n...

that was a serious 'DOH' moment there.
Http path had to be the URL to the gallery site.
A good plugin, but just a little bit untidy.

Gallery2 Embed: gallery2: problems

Hiya, hopefully this will be easy to fix as I'm a bit lost. I have Gallery2 build 2.1.1 installed on a subdomain of my site. Gallery.andyramblings.co.uk, this works fine. However, when I try and use the embed gallery I cannot get it to work. I get the following error: Warning: loadg2(mounted-storage...

An alternative method to use BBclone counter

Hiya, Ok, I have tried quite a few methods to get BBclone to track users, I am at the moment using the .htaccess method which well only tracks the main page but not which page they went to, so lots of the stats is missing. I found a bit of code from the Gallery2 application that allows you to use BB...

Just one more thing to add, forgot it earlier but new there was something missing.
