Re: Accented letters in entry title
It's no different in Serendipity than any other word editor/software, hit the ´-button and then "e" (or whatever letter you're accenting).

Re: Accented letters in entry title
I tried saving a new entry with that title and it worked just fine, no need to write any html code (in fact, I don't think you can - it will most likely be stripped).

Doesn't just writing it "John le Carré" work?

Re: Need Help to remove Administation login on my blog
Hey there abhishekj26. You're not the only one coming from RV Site Builder asking how to remove the login box. Unfortunately, the usual reply is sadly this: Hi! You're using "RV Site builder" which customizes Serendipity to a point we cannot support because they changed core components whi...

Re: Video Blog?
Does it not work to manually alter the code? Otherwise, just change width to 520 (or there about) and it should fit (and height to around 315 if you want to keep the aspect ratio you're currently having, otherwise leaving it looks about right to me). :-]

Re: Blog written in Chinese English German
Take a look at the database table serendipity_entries (for instance, there may be a few more places) and make sure the collation is set as utf8_unicode_ci. I had this problem a while back when I was mixing English and Japanese, and the Japanese would turn up as ??. For some reason all my databases a...

Re: Issues with Twitter Timeline
Hm maybe it's related to how Twitter handles retweets? The "new" way doesn't seem to add RT in front of the messages, but rather "post" the message. Perhaps that's in some way making the script believe it should exclude those entries. I'm not very good at Magic either, my brother...

Re: Issues with Twitter Timeline
Hello Garvin, thanks for your reply! Here's a screenshot of my configuration. It should be the default settings, apart from showing 5 entries instead of 10 (although only 2 is currently displaying). Edit: Guess I can't link an image directly? Here's a clean url: http://dirgefornovember.com/twitter_t...

Issues with Twitter Timeline
Hey guys n girls :) I recently updated to the latest version of Twitter Timeline and all seemed to work nicely. But now I've discovered that the number of entries displayed sometimes varies from what I've set it to. I originally had it set to 5 but 3 or 4 entries were being displayed. When I changed...
