Hi, I've just upgraded to 0.9.1 from a 0.8.x version and I'm having terrible trouble trying to install or upgrade plugins.

Text File plugin
This is a very simple plugin to display the contents of a text file in the sidebar. The text file displayed is only configurable by administrators since it can display any file from anywhere on the host system. It can be downloaded from here .

0-byte thumbs with ImageMagic
Whenever I rebuild thumbnails ImageMagic creates empty files (0 bytes). If I run the command manually in the image directory (convert -antialias -scale "110x110" image.jpg image-thumb.jpg) it works fine.

I've just discovered that site names containing apostrophes (such as mine) chop off all text from the apostrophe onwards when displaying on the GeoURL lists.
This can be easily fixed by swapping the quotation styles for one of the lines in the plugin's .php file. Open plugins/serendipity_event ...
