Hi Garvin, As usual you ARE The Man! Thank you. Your plugin works like a dream. The only thing I needed to do was add the closing php tag. The only real observation so far is that the category sidebar could do with some text added to it that reminds visitors if they previously selected a category an...

Categories Remember Me

I'm not sure if this facility currently exists but I'd like to have an option where the visitors preferences are remembered when they choose a category. i.e the next time they return s9y knows what to display. For example I'm interested in Archery, Fishing and making money. While my posts about arch...

popfetcher: external activation problem

Hi, I've set up the popfetcher plugin and it works fine from admin when set to internal. But no mater what url I try when set to external, I can't get it to work. The instructions say: The external launch URL for POPfetcher looks like this: http://www.yourblog.com/serendipity/index.php?/plugin/SECRE...

Garvin,
As always a superb service. Thank you so much.
If only MS could match it life would be a breeze.
I'm so glad you're there.

Thanks again

You do have Serendipity 0.8 installed, right? - You are correct. And in the list of plugins (on the page for "Click here to install a new event plugin") you don'T see it? - Correct again - There is nothing called 'popfetcher' - even in a brand new installation. Are you sure you click on t...

Hi Garvin,
Just downloaded the plugin collection from that link you sent.
Uploaded the the popfetcher plugin folder and still no joy.

I'm not given the option to install popfetcher. It's like it doesn't exist.

regards
Kev

popfetcher plugin - won't install

Hi, I've just spent ages downloading every file for the popfetcher plugin. Saving them, uploading them to the plugins directory (in the correct folder) and then trying to install the plugin. If I understand things correctly, s9y should see that it has a new folder in the plugins directory called 'se...

Hi Garvin, I've installed IM and I can now see the images in the folders and manipulate them. However I still have the following error msg above the images on the 'media library' and 'manage directory' pages. Warning: fclose(): supplied resource is not a valid File-Handle resource in /absolute/path/...

Warning: fclose(): supplied resource is not a valid File....

Hi I recently upgraded and everything seems to be working fine with two exceptions. In the media section of the admin pages the 'Media library', 'manage Directories' and 'Rebuild Thumbs' pages all show errors. In the 'Media library', 'manage Directories' pages the error is Warning: fclose(): supplie...
