I think you have to enter your own page, just change projekt.blangstrup.org/serendipity_admin.php to your url. (when I entered my url, the bookmarklet didn't change, so I manually changed it.)

You can add a sidebar html nugget and place whatever text you want inside it.

You should be able to access the forum like this:
