Ditto for me. It would be useful in the server offset settings there was a checkbox to adjust for British Summer Time. Notification of new entries
I can't find any mention of such a thing in the list, but is there a plugin that allows readers to signup to be notified when a new entry is posted, and manages the mailing process once they're confirmed?

pinging to the future
I think a variation of this behaviour still exists - when you publish a post with a publishing date set in the future, the ping is sent immediately, not when the post actually appears online.

Static Page Plugin - Content positioning issue
I've installed Serendipity 0.8-beta6 and had no problem at all apart from with the static page plugin. I've set up a page and added some dummy content, but this text doesn't appear where it should (where the weblog content would normally sit) but below the closing table tag. See: http://www.dailykit...
