Thanks, Don. I was pretty sure I looked for .tpl files relating to RSS feeds, but it seems I looked in the wrong place. With your hint implementing this change was a matter of minutes.

[RSS Aggregator] how to link to original articles from feed?
Hi, after I got my aggregator running smoothly, I want to change another part of my setup: I would like to link to the original article from the RSS Feed, not to my aggregator site. Since I played with the template a bit to show the original article links on the article list, I know about $entry.pro...

Re: New RSS Parser for RSS Aggregator
Hi Don, I had problems with UTF support with both Onyx and MagpieRSS, so I wanted a modern, maintained RSS Parser. A quick trip to Google sent me around to simplepie. Can you elaborate on your caching problem? you said you "cleared out" the entries table? Does this mean you deleted all agg...

Re: New RSS Parser for RSS Aggregator
Hi, I cannot attach the zip file here. You can download it from http://blog.mausdompteur.de/uploads/aggregator.zip The patch assumes simplepie 1.2 to be present in bundled-libs/ Cheers, Harald PS: I found the solution to my caching problems. I cleared out s9y_entries earlier, but forgot to also clea...

Re: New RSS Parser for RSS Aggregator
Yes, I made it a third option to toggle between Onyx, Magpie and SimplePie. I will check if I need to clean up stuff (my PHP is not worth mentioning really, I just mixed and matched snippets until they worked). SimplePie is available under a BSD license, just like Onyx. I still see some (to all) art...

New RSS Parser for RSS Aggregator
Hi, being frustrated by the fact that both Onyx and Magpie are a couple of years out of maintenance, I invested a couple hours tonight to patch in SimplePie support for the RSS Aggregator plugin. I'm not 100% convinced that it works flawlessly, but I'm 100% convinced it's working faster and better t...

no, nothing. the service is quite limited on the export side, kinda locked-in. At the time being it looks like a manual import could be the easiest. Generic RSS import works fine, but 20six/myblog does not sport comment feeds, which would yet need another import path. Some major regex hackery might ...

import script for 20six/myblog
Hello, I am helping a friend to get the world's best blog. At the time being, he is stuck with 20six.net/myblog.de, which has no export function whatsoever. Did anyone write an import script for this? I am not happily looking forward reinventing the wheel for one and a half years worth of blogging. ...
