Hey guys, I finally found it.

In its own plugin files, there is one file called serendipity_plugin_comments.php, I changed it in Printf function in the end.

The whole comment package is installed in plugins folder. This only applies to those who are using comment plugin ver 1.10 by Garvin Hicking ...
