Musste beim Hoster von PHP 5.2.17 auf 5.4.9 updaten, da war zip dann enabled.
Vielen Dank für den schnellen Tipp, Update ist sofort durchgelaufen.

Hallo zusammen,

ich wollte gerade per Auto-Update von 1.5.2 updaten. Leider bleibt der Prozess mit folgender Meldung hängen:

Fatal error: Class 'ZipArchive' not found in [...]/superu/blog/serendipity/plugins/serendipity_event_autoupdate/serendipity_event_autoupdate.php on line 438

Der Serendipity ...

Habs ausprobiert, klappt prima. Ein {else} habe ich auch eingebaut, mit einer einfachen Ausgabe a la "bitte einloggen". Direkt zum Formular verweisen werde ich noch ausprobieren.

Ich hatte vor einiger Zeit schonmal innerhalb eines anderen Threads danach gefragt und krame meinen Wunsch nun nochmal hervor:

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, den Erweiterten Eintrag erst nach einem (globalen) Login anzuzeigen? Die kurzen Einträge sollen quasi "Teaser" sein und wer mehr lesen möchte ...

OK, after copying a different index.tpl (from another template) and then re-uploading the backup, everything seems fine again now. Just wondering where all this got cached, maybe at our ISP... Further testing on a local machine...

But i still need help with adding the second sidebar "side-by-side ...

I just edited the style.css and the index.tpl in the template-folder of "artistic". When i look on the sourcecode of the redered website, it still contains changes i already changed back by uploading the backup-files.
Looks like something is still cached somewhere??

Hm, i played around with the index.tpl and the style.css of the theme and got some results. But after i reinstalled the backupped original files, the layout still is messed up! Cleared the cache and even tried on another pc - still looking like someone played around with... what has happened ...

i tried to add a left sidebar to the "Artistic"-template, but i don´t know how. I thought it might be enough to add {serendipity_printSidebar side="left"} to the index.tpl - but its already in there on line 72!

I searched all other files of the template and did not find anything.

And then again i request to integrate the zooomr-plugin (or, even better, the "Unified Sidebar Image Display"-plugin), i want to avoid flickr.
