worked for me, but apparently my settings in config.php for embedding weren't read by gallery. So I had to set the variables to embed gallery in init.php to make it work. Maybe a bug in gallery, I don't know.

Which version of s9y are you using? I'm asking because in latest beta3 there were quite a few problems with rss import. You should try the lastest CVS version or wait for final release 0.7 which is due this week.

When you wanto to feed the whole article why don't you put your article in the normal body entry? Then the whole article is delivered with the feed.

It could also be that the webserver can't read serendipity_config_local.inc.php because he isn't the owner anymore. Standard permissions of this file are set so only the owner can read this file.
