Hi jkv, I got your email, just been too busy to reply, and then saw this thread so forgive me for replying here.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll take a look at your suggestions over the next few days and email Garvin once I've been able to check them against my test server.

patch to make carl_contest css and xhtml validate

Problem:
- Use of comments inside comments(not xml valid)
- a </div> was in surplus

Update:
Finally got it sorted, if anyone uses this template please test the patch and reply if it break something...

patch to make andreas09 css and xhtml validate

Andreas09 aint css valid, it used 'id' when it ought to use 'class'

Its a unified patch, apply it with 'patch -p0 < andreas09.patch.

Files section with serendipity

Hi.

Are there any way to include a "Files section" imbedded in the blog?
I have added a files button at the top of my blog, but when its clicked it skips out of the blog and shows only the files... It would be nice if the header and sidebar stayed the same and the files shows up there the blog ...

Besides the obvious benefit's of url.access-deny, what do the rewrite rules help?
