Re: Two installations on same dbase
Heya Garvin Yeah, I'm not sure how I did it, but things seem to be working now. The authors table didn't seem to have anything in it, but I flushed it anyway, deleted everything in the installation folder, and uploaded a completely new folder structure. Went with an easy 123456 type password (change...

Re: Two installations on same dbase
Ok. I had a gander at the dbase tables today, and the authors table for this new install was empty. So I take it, no pass and username was ever written to it. I checked, to verify, the same table for my other working install, and that looked fine. Now, I'm not used to mysql, and I don't, nor have th...

Re: Two installations on same dbase
Yeah that could be. But I doubt it. Not because of the FF thing anyway, since I filled it out myself. But I could've mistyped it.
What would be the best way of going about correcting this? Flushing the dbase, and reinstalling s9y? I'd think that would do it anyway.

Re: Two installations on same dbase
Using FF 3.0.6, with no proxy. Just plain old connection through ISP. It's pretty standard install. I seem to remember having had this problem before. Don't remember how I solved it, of course. But I think a look through the database will give me some information. I'm not the serveradmin myself, tho...

Re: Two installations on same dbase
Heya Garvin. I installed 1.4.1 (the newest), and it wasn't installed into a subdir of the other s9y install, but a completely different directory structure. The only thing the two installations share is the MySQL database. As I said, they do have different prefixes. I don't use special characters in...

Two installations on same dbase
Heya I've been a happy s9y user for 3+ years. The other day I got into my head, that I needed a new blog for messing around with and testing. So I installed another copy of s9y. Now, besides the fact, that it seems the new installation wants 4 directories (including the mail blog-residence directory...

static buttons in bex01
Using bex01.. Ace theme really. I like it a lot. But I'd like to have more. Like one or two more 'buttons' there. Or links rather. I'm pretty sure this is doable, but I'm no shark with html/php/css... any pointers would really be cool. They don't need to be changed around a lot, as they are static a...

You could just use a totally standard rss reader/displayer tcl script for the eggdrop. They are pretty common, and easy to set up. This script will read the rss feed from a site, and display new entires on a predefined interval, or upon request (trigger based, like !yourblog). I use it, and it works...

Tried a new upload, much to the same effect. Still just a totally blank page. I can't access any of the php in the dir. But can access an image located in the same dir. Permissions are 644 on all php and js, and 755 on most directories, except a few (archives, plugins, sql, templates and templates_c...
