Yes, a planet/aggregator fetches postings from a RSS-Feed and re-publishes it on your isntallation.

The RSS Aggregator serendipity plugin can do this since a few years.

Huh! Watch out, what you are doing. There where many discussions in the blogosphere the last time about a blog only "reblogging" articles and adding Ads to it in order to increase incoming. (Keyword tradeblog.info..) "ReBlogging" can easily be misunderstood as content steeling.....

Has anyone developed a plugin for reBlog (http://www.reblog.org), or any tool like it? This sounds like something that would be very useful. I checked spartacus and didn't see anything.
