Re: Page not found Errors
Hi Garvin, thanks for the answer. That might be right, since it seems to have stopped. If I remember correctly, with s9y an incorrect url was always redirected to the start page. No, I did not ask. I know you are all very busy, and there were some concepts of Drupal, that I found useful for the futu...

Page not found Errors
Hi, I just migrated from s9y to drupal which is sad, because I really liked serendipity, but I could not figure out how to implement some changes I wanted to have. So now I started looking at my server logs and I saw some page-not-found error messages I cannot really explain. Perhaps someone here ca...

Re: Dropdown Categories
Ok, I now got the drop down menu working for the major part now in standard compatible browsers. (test.scrmblog.com -> Categories) So I have two issues left: * Ipad: Since there is no hover I have problems to navigate through the whole categories menu. Is it somehow possible to use the first click o...

Re: Border Radius
Ok, you convinced me: IE is the suckiest stinking browser one could find. I really hope for my readers that those 40 percent still using it are forced to do so, and not doing it by choice. Only 10 percent of the IE users are on version 9 yet (so 4 percent overall), that's just sad! But of course whi...

Re: Border Radius
ok, PIE works.
But it sucks so much that I really don't know which event will be first me being finished with the IE adaptation or an IE 9 adoption rate of 90%...
Does anyone have IE related hints why my IE version does not look like my Safari one, or should I open a new thread?;-(

Re: Border Radius
This does not mitigate the problem, yet. FF and Safari still look good, IE just ignores it (see attachment). I also tried using quotes for the url without success.

Re: Border Radius
Hi, thanks for the input. @yellowled: I understand your point, but without border-radius, my page really looks ugly and since the IE <9 has a high percentage I think I should support it. On the topic: Right now I have this code in my style.css: div.serendipity_Entry_Date { padding-left: 15px; width:...

Border Radius
Hallo, just a short question on IE and the border-radius css tag. Well, I just realized that this is not supported in IE 8 and below (which sadly is the largest part of my visitors). I tried the explanation here: http://dimox.net/cross-browser-border-radius-rounded-corners/ But I don't know where to...

Re: Dropdown Categories
Yeah, that's where I have most of my inspiration from, the only thing I don't get is how to place each submenu next to the (prior) menu entry and not always on top.

Re: Dropdown Categories
@Don, Thanks, I will do that. @All, I have now a semi-working implementation of the drop down mechanism. I just don't get why the submenus are not displayed next to the cursor / parent category but they always start at the top... Could someone give me a hint what css would fix that? Daniel ps. the l...

Re: Dropdown Categories
Hi,
I am trying to integrate my drop down menu into my template and many questions arise. The first is:
* How can I access the stored configuration of the theme from within the config.inc.php of my theme?

Dropdown Categories
Hi, I just made up my mind and I would like to have a drop down menu for my categories in my blog. So from my Site Navigation (see screenshot) I would like to have a similar styled drop down menu which is automatically feed by my categories. Is there already some code out there someone would share? ...

Do you have admin rights for your blog. Usually the "Manage Styles" should be right under appearance.
