When I try to search unicode encoded contents, it returns no results.

There can be different approaches. You can make this a "per blog" setting, or, if you like, a "per user" (where user is each visitor of your blog) setting. Per blog would make more sense to me and should therefore be included in the configuration... Sounds cool. Will this featur...

Well, I think it's a very useful feature. Especially for those of us who host our site overseas.
