How do you click on SPARTACUS? It is not a link. It is in black text. I do not understand where the drop down menu is.

How do you configure SPARTACUS to use the mirrored address?

I tried accessing the second URL it attempts to fetch when it fails to load a new plugin using spartacus.

I do not think that it is a firewall problem with my host because I would not be able to retreive the list of packages from the repository. I also am getting the following before the list of packages:

I am having the same problem. I am guessing it is my host because I cannot succesfully run the php include of google.com. It prints:
