i am now wondering if it is possible to put a nugget on the top of my weblog, I mean where the title of the blog is. For my blog it is on the long blue image on the top of the screen, because there is much space here.

For example to put my xiti bann or google adsense ?

You were right. But instead of copying the pear HTML_Menu folder in the bundled-libs, i put it in the root of my web space (->> french provider free.fr).

Because I saw this in the source code of the DHTML_TreeMenu plugin :

I am actually trying to install the Category Tree Menu , but it seems that I need to install a package wihch I don't know how to install.
It is the PEAR HTML_TreeMenu. So I went on this site , but I still don't know how to install this package.
I have downloaded the package ...

Ok.. All works now.. 100%

in the HTTP Path configuration, i already had "/"
but the problem was i missed something in the contactform plugin configuration
i missed to put the first /
/ index.php?/pages/contactform.html

now it works perfectly with both url

this one :
http://dymezac.free.fr/index ...

All worked perfectly.
I did as you told me and I upgraded my serendipity.

Now the Author section is available on my blog with serendipity 0.9.1..

The only thing is that I only access the contact form by the url :
http://dymezac.free.fr/index.php?serendipity[subpage]=contactform

and this one ...

thanks a lot, it worked, I have put "c:/program files/easyphp1-8/www/" in serendipityPath and HTTPPath both, and now it work.

I have still to copy it all on my providers web site. I'll tell you later if it worked good

The problem was camoing from my provider restrictions, so now i am trying to upgrade my 0.7.1 serendipity to a 0.9.1 on my local computer, using easyPHP

I arrive to do some good thing, but still not successed with my ...

I am trying to upgrade my blog from a 0.7.1 to a 0.9.1, so I did what was said in the FAQ

I extracted the new Serendpipity release files over the old directory but then when I go on my blog again I have this error :
