Re: Add media Button with Chrome

onli wrote:Your blog is probably running under https, also the admin backend, but the window is not opened under https, is using unencrypted http.
So does this mean we should always be running both the backend and the window on https?

Just finding this now. Excellent job Mario, this will come in very handy for me!
I especially liked the nice and easy explanation for the Plugin: Share Buttons.

Re: Useful writing help and ideas about English essays?

Hi @Esperanza, I'm not quite sure I understand your question, and I'm not quite sure you've posted it in the correct place. This Serendipity forum is about the PHP blog.

Re: Newbie Questions

Thank you both for the helpful replies. “Easy to use” is relative. So far, almost anyone in here got the hang of it. “Simple design” really depends on the theme you're going to use, but most of our newer (recommended) themes should work for you, maybe with a little tweaking here and there. Re: first site live using serendipity

Looks great! Love the name "Nailed It"!
I like that the contact info is readily available in the sidebar on the right-hand side no matter what page you're viewing. And all the info is very clear and straight forward. :D

Newbie Questions

Hello All, I've had my first look around the forum today, and am very new to Serendipity in general. Unfortunately I don't know anyone that uses Serendipity so I was hoping that I could get some feedback with regard to my needs. I'm looking to set up a blog for my B&B/farmhouse. Although I am no...

Re: Clean Blog

Hey Bill,
I think this looks great - very clean and simple and in fact quite similar to what I am hoping for. I'm currently looking into blog engines myself and think Serendipity may take the biscuit!
I hope you don't mind me asking, which theme did you use?
:D

I'm very new to the world of Serendipity and am currently still in the researching phase but I look forward to checking out the Nailed It theme after seeing yours. :)
