Can I change the color of the Entry title text? defaults to white and my preferred image has a lot of white www.youarentweird.com (please don't share still developing)

I downloaded the Clean Blog zip file. how do I go about importing it into my site? Unzip before uploading or unzip on host?

Assuming No data is lost with theme change , is this correct? just put my first site together and want to see what other themes look like, not sure if I should backup all the entries etc. before I change themes.
