Re: Email Benachrichtigung bei Kommentaren von Autoren

Hallo, onli. Hi.

If that really is the case, delete old logs and old visitors by hand with some nice query and/or not using these table logs at all.
Got it. And lo and behold, the lag seems to be gone! Thank you very much! :D

Re: Major site lag after moving to new web hoster

Maybe, you mean the older blog takes as while to load each page? Jau. What is the directory structure? (Hopefully not one in another, for example.) /path/to/my/webspace/domain1/blog <-- 1st s9y install dir /path/to/my/webspace/domain2/main <-- 2nd s9y install dir Each installation uses its own dedi...

[solved] Major site lag after moving to new web hoster

Hi! As my previous web hoster has gone defunct, I had to move my two blogs to a new server recently. I used MySQLDumper to back up and restore the databases, made the necessary path adjustments in serendipity_config using PHPMyAmin and let the installer run in order to create new serendipity_config_...

Re: [2.0] Dashboard says "no entries"

Not necessarily, since a new comment can mean a new action (to answer it), but a new entry means nothing for the todo-list most of the time. True, but "old" comments do remain in the comment container, along with all the links for editing/deletion/moderation, don't they? So while comments...

Re: [2.0] Dashboard says "no entries"

I think not having containers is a lot less confusing that containers that say "no entries to print". Not sure I agree. Personally, I'd rather change the lang constant for this. Also would like to here Malte's opinion on this (and others, of course). YL I agree with Don. The "no entr...

Ah, that makes sense. Thank you for elaborating, yellowled – I'm just so glad nothing's broken after all! :D

[2.0] Dashboard says "no entries"

Hi there, thank you for v2.0! :D Everything appears to work fine for me, except for one feature: The entry list on the admin dashboard is empty. This has been the case ever since I installed the earliest version of s9y that came with the new backend (2.0-beta2 AFAIK), but I failed to completely real...

Hi Garvin, thanks for your response! Well, since the files of "both" statistics plugins are in the same folder (plugins/serendipity_event_statistics), I tried to just replace serendipity_plugin_statistics.php (displayed as v1.3 on the plugin configuration page) with the file I used earlier...

Statistics: Monthly visitors in sidebar suddenly missing

Hi! First of all, thanks to all s9y developers for releasing 1.1. It's an awesome release! :) However, I noticed a small bug in the statistics plugin. Since the upgrade (from 1.0.4 to 1.1), the number of visitors in the current month is gone in the small sidebar statistics. I played around with the ...

Hi!

From what I just read in the German section, there seems to have been a bug in the installation routine of the 1.0.4 and 1.1-beta6 packages, which Garvin fixed in a second release (1.0.4a and 1.1-beta6a). The new releases can be obtained from the Download page. :)

Hope this helps!

Spam on the Who is using page

Hi folks! In my opinion, the Who is using page is generally a good thing. In recent times, however, spammers/spambots seem to have discovered it. As for now, it's full of dubious links, which in fact may have been posted thanks to the new link entry form at the top of the page (IIRC, it used to be a...

Hi Garvin, great work! I just noticed there is a completely new directory named "tests" in the package, though. As its contents seem to be used to test stuff from the commandline, I wonder if the directory is needed by S9y to run stable at all?

Best regards,
-Manuel
