Missing </div>

Hi I've got a strange problem with the theme I'm working on - Kamouflage - based on LordCoffee's Green Mile. On the frontpage if you scrolldown to the 8th entry - Joshua Tree - the date suddenly starts to sits in the bottom of the previous entry instead of between entries. At entry 11, it goes back ...

Hi Garvin I'm more a 'love and peace' man too but, I guess, Serendipity is for everyone - as I know you think too. It'll be interesting to see some of the blogs it's used on. I'm pleased you want to add it to Spartacus so I'll sort out the comments section and do a full set of category icons over th...

Hi Costa

I think the colours look really good together - look forward to seeing the theme completed.

there's a really useful website for putting colour combinations together easyrgb which you might find useful

New theme - Kamouflage - in progress

Hi I was asked some time ago about a 'military' style theme. I've been working on a theme I call Kamouflage based on Lordcoffee's 'Green Mile' which is almost finished. I've still got some text colours to work on and the comments section isn't started yet. You can take a look at it at my themes site...

Hi dnlninja I think you'll have more success if you download the whole folder of the theme that you want to re-style then alter the files in your downloaded version. Change the info.txt to your own details and rename the folder before uploading it back into the templates directory. You'll be able to...

Hi Toves

I love the design of your blog - really original.

Would you consider making a version of it that you could release as a Serendipity theme? I'm sure there are many users that would really appreciate it.

Re: lost posting

Hi Garvin I can only give a tip to occasionally save long entrys in draft. You also do that when writing up longer word files, don't you? So you should apply that in a web-context as well: Save early, save often. I wish I was that organised. I've lost count of the number of times I've lost work thro...

Hi Martin I agree with Carl. You've done the groundwork with the theme so why not let one of the very talented 'new' designers have a go. If anybody does take it on, then Carl has put a piece of code on his site to position one sidebar under the other that is really useful for 1 column fixed width t...

lost posting

Hi Garvin

I've had this same problem too. I've spent an hour or so entering a post and when I've gone to save it I got a message saying I'd entered a wrong user name or password. I found myself back at the log in page and lost all my hour's post.

Hi Martin

The theme looks great. Are you going to release it for everybody?

The more themes of this quality we have for Serendipity, the more users we'll have too

cheers
