Re: Plugin idea: Entry types

I somehow remember this has come up in the past, I think even that serendipity_event_entrytemplates (or was it includeentry, or entryblocks? Something like that) has a basic foundation for creating specific editors for simplified insertion. It wasn't primetime quality though. Maybe you were looking...

LSR-Protest-Plugin

Re: reload issues

Strange... I did this with a plain new RC3 install now. Same errors and even one more old category fetch bug to fix in axcur (which I commited to be fixed now). Did you enable the horizontal menue in both templates? I have andreas09 with amount 5 (which is the default amount of global nav) here and...

Timbalu wrote:For the other.... did you reset amount in axcur first from 4 to 3?
I did, I also tried other (higher) values .. still don't get any errors. Actually, I am not getting any warnings at all. Maybe this is due to my error_reporting level, but I don't have time right now to look into that :? Sorry

"Don't hack!" after upgrade from RC2 to RC4

Hi all, I've just upgraded from RC2 to RC4 after pulling the latest changes from GitHub. I've switched templates a couple of times while trying to reproduce a bug reported by Ian ( see here ). Now, as it turns out, I've got some problems in both frontend and backend. The page displays only partially...

Re: reload issues

Is it just me, or mattsches@kormoran:/path/to/s9y.local/httpdocs/templates/axcur$ php -l config.inc.php PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in config.inc.php on line 217 Errors parsing config.inc.php This prevented me from upgrading to RC4. Locally fixed now. I tried to reproduce y...

Hi, I just read your blog post and I will try to test it, but not in the next couple of days, sorry. Maybe we can talk about during the dev sprint.

PHPUnit and Plugin Development

Hi, since I heavily relied on unit testing in almost all my recent projects, I thought I try it out for some S9y plugins I've been working on. After some setbacks I managed to set up a more or less convenient way to run phpunit for plugins only. I put the files on GitHub and added some instructions....

Re: Plugin idea: text file import

BTW: Chance to change a blog with hundreds of Textile "markuped" articles to markdown? Well, there is Pandoc , which is an universal markup converter. I've never used it so far, but if it lives up to its promise it might be the way to go. Of course, you would need a little script to batch...

Re: Working on 2.0: Developer sprint

Ok guys, shall we do this on Nov 18 (1700 CET)? Even if it was only to figure out what we will be working on in the next sprint  I agree with onli that we should kick things off early. Let's consider the first sprint as a chance to get to know each other better; agree on tasks; support each ot...

Re: Trouble with Markdown and Metadesc plugins

Ok, since I tripped over this problem again , I finally sat down and fixed it :D I added a new global array key $GLOBALS['entry'][0]['plaintext_body'] that is currently set only by the Markdown plugin and read only by the Metadesc plugin. Just pushed the commit, it's just a few lines of code, so not...

Re: Working on 2.0: Developer sprint

Given the time-difference, probably something like 17 pm CET? There is no 17 pm, you probably mean 5 pm (17:00). :) That would be 10 am for Don. I still don't see the rush to do this asap at the risk of not everyone being able to join, 11/2 seems early enough for me and works fine for way more peop...
