after running this setup with apache2 on the rasberry pi for a few months the performance was too slow

i have now swapped over to lighttpd and now i would say its much more responsive

thanks for the feedback guys, its difficult to test seed from this side of the router. speed problems are caused by many things its a normal adsl home broadband connection for a start i have just installed serendipity_event_entryproperties-plugin thanks for the heads up, lets hope it doesn't impact ...

just installed serendipity on a Raspberry Pi
running debian squeeze
apache2
php
mysql
not a great blog but interesting to see how well it runs on a processor that consumes 3 watts !
