Yep, I am using Eset, Smart Security, did multiple Deep scans and found nothing. I changed all my passwords. Using Keepass as a generator.
I did find later that there was a 'hidden' FTP account on my hosting server. No idea how that happened.
All appears to be OK now.

Site got code injected in.... RSS Feed not working
OK have cleaned up all the files, I believe I have rather. I had a lot of files with the following code appended to the end of them, Index.php got hit several times even with file permission going at 644!? I use the gravatar plugin, it's a neat idea. However, there is a problem, if I chose to use the gravatar feature, it creates a folder in the uploads folder.
