Re: login reappeares when navigate tru menu
The problem is solved. My laziness kicked me in the ass. Serendipity doesn't seem to write cookies if you omit www from the domain -at least on this server configuration, with the default s9y configuration- except the PHPSESSID cookie. So, http://www.mydomain.com/serendipity_admin.php works fine, wh...

I'm on an Apache server, have upgraded to php5, sessions are enabled, the session path is the same as it is for another successful installation, cookies are enables, the cache has been cleared, I've reinst...

Smarty error: unable to read resource: "admin/index.tpl"
Trial and error, error won... I was hoping I could use the paths configuration to use mod_rewrite to change the browser path from the /serendipity directory to root, that is from http://www.domain.com/serendipity/ to http://www.domain.com/. Evidently, this doesn't work. 1) How can I set the paths ba...

Re: Mix of dynamic and static content
I modified the info.txt file but forgot to change the name. One of those trivial problems that tend to eat up a lot of time...

Re: Mix of dynamic and static content
Thanks for answering 1) and 2)
I created a new template but copying the default template into the templates folder. The info.txt file is unique or at least it's modified. However, in the list of available templates I only see the ones fetched by Spartacus.

Mix of dynamic and static content
Hi, I'm new to Serendipity and couldn't find answers to my questions in the forums. I apologize in advance if they have been answered already. 1) I would like to mix static and dynamic content on my pages. As far as I can tell, I could either a) Create a static page and add an dynamic entry plugin (...
