Wait a minute.......for some reason this is now showing up.......I did nothing any different than I did before, but now I can see the photo......weird.

When making a new post, there is a place to upload files into the post, where you choose file from your computer to upload, etc.....

Hi Garvin - yes on both counts.......I also installed the Gallery Plugin {though it's possible that I don't have the correct URL in place for that}. Also, when I try to upload the file directly from my computer into the post, nothing happens.

Hi - I finally have my discussion forum up and running, however, I am trying to upload photos into some of the posts, but nothing other than the code actually shows up. hmmmm.......well, I have an FTP client I use for uploading files {bear with me, as I said I'm learning all of this as we go}, and I also have an admin area for Php files....

yes, it just reloads the same page, but with no boards listed on it, even though I tried creating/naming a board.

I am trying now to create 'boards' for this forum, but when I submit the board name and the description, nothing happens - meaning that I still get a 'no boards specified' message after I hit 'submit'.
I appreciate your help on all of this.....

Well, the Page Title area {the first line of the config} says "Discussion Forum" - I don't think I changed it or altered it at all.
I don't know if it helps, but the static URL reads: http://TrueImdi.com/serendipity/index.php?serendipity[subpage]=forum
Path to plug-in reads: /TheBraidedWayBlog ...
