The plugins... they're searched under any subfolder within 'plugins'. Yes. The templates... they're searched within 'templates' and each templates are assumed to be contained in a subfolder of 'templates'. So both are effectively stored in subfolders of the respective parent folders. Serendipity fin...

install the category tree menu plugin to get a toggle for your category list. in 0.9 there are lots of additional options for category display. One i just discovered allows you to display a single parent and only it's children. There is also some work being done on hiding and conditional displaying...

I'd imagine it could somehow be implemented by modifying the current multilingual plugin. The current version checks the language and fetches the correct language content from the database, replacing the 'default' language content. Instead of replacing, it could 'append'. Then add a couple of rudime...

Right now, I'm using SmartSVN . It comes in Windows, MacOS X, and *nix versions. I'm also using its sister product, SmartCVS, for the SF CVS repository. I dunno about other platforms, but as far as MacOS X is concerned this is the most functional out-of-the-box package there is. I tried multitudes o...

Re: So to do that...

So to post several nuggets at once, would I: Put them all into the same "box"--that is, once I have entered the HTML Nugget plugin, can I put several different nuggets into the box marked "Content The Nugget of HTML!" Or, if I do each once separately, with a different location f...

Template editor.. hmm?

I was looking at a blog software comparison chart (well, it's compiled last year and s9y compared was version 0.6.5 CVS.. but anyway) and one thing I noticed was a lack of template editor integrated into s9y. s9y lacks lots of other 'built-in' editors, but this one has particularly gotten me noticed...

How about implementing a less wide ad banner? You can choose what size a banner to display by customizing the layout code. I personally use the smaller 468x60 one for horizontal banner. Also, it's possible to use several HTML nuggets on the page. I have three on my website, and I'm using sidebar HTM...

I'm assuming you're using 'HTML Nugget on Page' one. What plugins do you use other than this? Also, can we see your website? And... have you tried to put only one of those stuff? And... do regular HTML codes show up okay? And... have you tried other locations to see if they show up? BTW, the 'end of...

Disable markup transformations. Markup transformations muck up the
javascript and prevents proper loading of AdSense materials.

Adding media from entry causes error

It's not a fatal error (i.e. doesn't hinder the operations) but nevertheless the server records the errors and I don't want these errors piling up. Okay, when clicking 'Media' button when editing the entry to add a media file in the entry, the following errors are recorded on my Apache error.log: [M...

The reason is that the plugins were made that way in the first place. In other words, blame the plugins' authors. :) How the title would be displayed is dictated by the generate_content function and what is subsequently assigned on the $title variable. Therefore I don't think it would be feasible to...

Static pages stay all on its own. You can't use that to display tabs on every page.. i.e. blend it with the rest of the stuff. It's not intended for this. For this you need my 'HTML Nugget on Page' plugin. It's in the s9y plugin repository at SourceForge CVS listed as event_page_nugget. Look at my b...
