Ok we all know that the Kubrick theme shows the blog title and description in the middle of the headerimage. Is there a way to show it on top?

Ive modified the image, and now I want the text to fill the upper part, so that my modification can be seen without problems.

Sure, just edit your index.tpl template and modify it to your needs.
