New Theme. Kosh v1.9

I've created a s9y new theme called Kosh, it is a theme I have used on almost every CMS I've used.

It can have left, right or both nav bars, is 100% wide and has a footer.
Easy to change the colours via CSS also includes a slightly modified index.tpl.

The logo on the right of the head banner is controlled through the stylesheet.
