I need an eventhook to alter the email-notification send when adding a comment. The attached patch works for me. Can we integrate this?
PS: Wasn't sure about a fitting name for the hook.

You remember the bayes-plugin? With the hook I add links to delete the comment and learn it as spam in one step (or do the same with approve and ham).
