Yes - "slightly" is a bit of an understatement.

Besides - things could be worse. Looks like the entire phpBB site got hacked and they had to take it down.[/quote]
Not the board itself was hacked, but a manager for mailinglists that was not up to date.

Those monstrous buttons just saved me. I went to an updated thread that had rolled over to a second page since my last check. I would've written a response, but I saw the big "2" just in time. Someone else had already handled it.
Granted, writing this probably used up the time I saved. But it affirms my vote to keep the big page numbers!

In the old version I had a link to all threads I posted in. I can't find that anymore. Any help?

I do not know how it worked before, but if you click on your name, you will see all your user statistics... next to one of those is a link to "Search user's posts" which will display every post you have authored.

Hello folks,
someone has changed the css code in this forum and added this:
body {
background:#ccdee7 url(styles/s9y/imageset/bkg.jpg) fixed top left repeat-x;
padding: 8px 0;
scrollbar-arrow-color: #26263e;
}
The fixed background picture makes my Browser (Firefox 3.0.8, Athlon 2500+, ATI Radeon 9600) very slow in vertical scrolling.
All works fine with this:
body {
background:#ccdee7 url(styles/s9y/imageset/bkg.jpg) repeat-x;
padding: 8px 0;
scrollbar-arrow-color: #26263e;
}
Is it possible to do without that?
This Problem ist well known:

Yes, I changed the css. Do you encounter the problem on
the s9y blog or
the s9y homepage?
I have never heard of a fixed background image causing scroll problems.

Aaaaah, good things come to those who wait.
You've disabled the fixed background and now: all works well and *fast*!
The last months were awesome!
Heres your new code:
body {
background:#C6DAE5 url(styles/s9y/imageset/bkg.jpg) /* fixed */ top left repeat-x;
padding: 8px 0;
/* background-color: #ccdee7 */
scrollbar-arrow-color: #26263e;
}
Thank you!

The last months were awesome!
Awful!

My cvs client is too unreliable, so I made no attempt to change where I could. However, if you are going to change the phpbb template, should probably change the wiki, blog and the plugin/templates page.
