Comments not stored because article has expired

Post by Thomas »

Hi,

today a friend encountered a problem which I didn't recognize yet.
Previously I had problems to run the comments because of a mistake in a plugin. Now this is solved and I was to see the capthas.

Now when trying to add a comment a new error message appears:
"Comment not added because the article has been closed" (direct translation from German language). But the article is from today! And only more than 2 hours old!

Does someone know about this or am I just ot stupid? In the properties I can see that the article allows comments.
Spam protection is enabled. Settings:
- Emergency block of comments: No
- Captchas: activated
- Force captchas after days: 0

When editing the article I can see that comments for this article are enabled. I run s9y 0.7.1.

Regards, Thomas

I'm just stupid!

The problem was that I enabled the Spam protection twice. Solved it by removing one of them -> solved.

Sorry. :(
